Quick answers before you enquire

Can I order online?

Yes. Many of our scales are available at our online store, buyscale.com.sg. For weighbridges, load cells and custom requirements, send us an enquiry for a quotation.

What do you need to give me an accurate quotation?

Please tell us the product or application, the maximum capacity, the smallest reading (readability) you need, the working environment (indoor, outdoor, wet, hazardous) and the quantity.

Which brands do you supply?

Thames Side (UK), HBM, Dini Argeo, Shinko Denshi, CAS, Cardinal Scale, and our in-house ISVASIA platform and floor scales.

Do you provide calibration and W&M stamping?

Yes. ISVASIA is a WMO Authorised Verifier (AV 31) for non-automatic weighing instruments. Calibration is carried out both on-site at your premises and at our workshop. Please call us to make an appointment and arrange a schedule.

How do I get my digital calibration certificate?

Sign in to our certificate portal using the button on this page. Certificates are uploaded within four (4) working days from the calibration date. If you have trouble signing in, email service@isv.com.sg or call +65 6250 5355.

Do you supply to marine and shipyard customers?

Yes. We supply weighing products for marine and shipyard use. Contact us with your requirements for a quotation.

Do you install, service or relocate weighbridges?

Yes. We supply and install pit-type and pitless weighbridges, and also provide pit construction, servicing and relocation. Send us your requirements for a quotation.

How long does delivery take?

Please contact us for lead times and more information.

Do you provide a warranty?

12 months against manufacturing defects. Batteries, wear and tear, acts of God and similar causes are not covered.
